detroit 2024

We launched our first exhibition in Detroit's Capital Park in June 2024. We were thrilled to take part in the Juneteenth celebration organized by our Host Partner Bedrock Detroit. Thousands of people took part in a day of commemoration and celebration, filled with dance, poetry, amazing food and - of course - art. The exhibition then moved to an incredible community setting in Detroit's Valade Park.
